Once this stage is completed I need to continue adding the architectural details to the drawing. The details include the carved flower rosettes in frieze and the small brackets in the architrave of the entablature. At this point my eyes are nearly crossing but I enjoy the complete focus of drawing in the little details. They are what enlivens the structure and brings them to life..

Now that I have finished transferring the main body of the building I need to go back over the drawing and fill in any missing lines and start adding the numerous details. For repetitive details such as urns, balustrades, and sculpture I draw one of them in detail, trace over it, and transfer them in repetition on the watercolor paper.
